Eddie invited to Junior Performance Day by Bowls England

Bowls England has announced the players that have been invited to attend the Junior Performance Day at Victoria Park, Royal Leamington Spa, on Sunday 19 May. Whilst this in an outdoor Performance Day the club wanted to acknowledge Eddie's achievements & wish him good luck at Leamington. This is a tremendous achievement when considered Eddie was one of only 3 Surrey Juniors chosen to attend the day.

Eddie bowls at Newdigate BC and has been a regular bowler at Donyngs under the supervision of our dedicated junior coaches Ann Brown & Frank Curtis. Recently Eddie has started playing in club friendly matches ready soon we are sure for his step up to represent the club in senior competitions. Proving the old adage 'if you are good enough you are old enough'

Recently Eddie has achieved Silver Award in the English Youth Bowls Development Scheme another brilliant achievement - Well done Eddie we are all watching your development with pride and hope you and your parents enjoy your day at Leamington
